FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for tissue repair. Fixing unit contains means of engagement with supplying device and fixer, in which cavity, leading to cavity hole and insert are made. Insert is made without head and has shape, which provides its placement in fixer cavity. Insert has body with proximal threaded part, distal part without thread and channel. Channel runs along part of insert length. Means of engagement with supplying device is made in such a way that fixer is held in immobile state, when insert moves with respect to fixer.
