FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to medical equipment, and is intended for restoration of tissue during surgery. System used for tissue restoration during arthroscopic surgeries contains: cannulated guide; obturator made with possibility of inserting into guide; drill made with possibility of inserting into guide; and fixator insertion tool made with possibility of inserting into guide. Drill has proximal section, distal section and flexible section, wherein proximal section has section of smaller diameter, one end of flexible section is inserted into section of smaller diameter and is welded to it by laser welding.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to accurately place fixator suturing material used in arthroscopic surgeries.
