SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment, namely to a pre-assembled retainer. The pre-assembled unit of the retainer comprises a retainer with distal and proximal segments having a cavity, a cavity input and a through hole; an insert within the retainer cavity and configured to attach a suture to the retainer; and a sleeve connected to the retainer with the above retainer is mounted on the proximal segment of the retainer. The invention also discloses a feeder unit.

EFFECT: using the group of inventions enables providing more reliable tissue attachment to bones with using multiple fixation points on the considerable contact area with accelerating and increasing the procedure of tissue attachment to bones.
