SUBSTANCE: invention refers to compounds of formula 
possessing the neurokinin-3 (NK-3) receptor antagonist, a based therapeutic agent, using them and a method of treating with using them. In general formula (I), R1 represents hydrogen, halogen, lower alkyl; n represents 1, 2, if n represents 2; R2 represents hydrogen or methyl; R3 represents (CH2)r-C(O)NH2, wherein r represents 1 or 2, or represents a non-aromatic heterocyclic group 
, wherein X represents N or CH; Y represents -C(R)(R7)-; -N(R7)-, -S(O)2 or O; R6 represents hydrogen, di-lower alkyl or =O; o and m can be 0, 1 or 2 independently; p represents 0, 1 or 2.
EFFECT: compounds of formula (I) can find application in treating depression, pain, psychosis, Parkinson's disease, schizophrenia, anxiety and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
