FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine parts and assemblies, namely to valves ensuring passage of the gaseous, liquid or gas-liquid flows, and can be used in oil production, petrochemical industry. The magnetic valve contains a body with devices of the fluid inlet and outlet, a seat, a gate, a casing and gate position lock. The gate, at least partially, is made out of magnetic or ferromagnetic material, and the gate lock contains at least one magnet or solenoid with ore-calculated magnetic force.
EFFECT: increased reliability and operation life of the systems and devices that include the designed magnetic valve.
