FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: method involves use of a condensing plant having a condenser of a steam turbine with a production steam extraction and additional utilisation of high-potential steam heat of production extraction. Utilisation of low-potential steam heat of heating extractions from the steam turbine and utilisation of high-potential steam heat of production extraction is performed by means of a thermal engine with a closed circulation circuit, which operates as per a Rankine organic cycle, in which low-boiling working medium circulating in a closed circuit is used as cooling liquid; with that, it is compressed in a condensate pump of the thermal engine, heated in a recuperative heat exchanger of the thermal engine, heated in a lower system water heater of the steam turbine, heated in an upper system water heater of the steam turbine, evaporated and superheated in a condenser of the steam turbine with production steam extraction, expanded in a turbine expander of the thermal engine, its temperature is decreased in a recuperative heat exchanger of the thermal engine and condensed in a heat exchanger - condenser of the thermal engine.

EFFECT: improving TPP efficiency due to utilisation of low-potential steam heat of heating extractions from a steam turbine for additional generation of electrical power.
