SUBSTANCE: proposed steel contains components in the following ratio in wt %: carbon - 0.07-0.11, silicon - 0.15-0.40, manganese - 0.30-0.60, chromium - 0.30-0.70, nickel - 1.80-2.20, copper - 0.40-0.70, molybdenum - 0.25-0.35, vanadium - 0.03-0.06, aluminium - 0.01-0.05, calcium - 0.001-0.005, sulphur - 0.001-0.005, phosphorus - 0.001-0.010, arsenic - 0.001-0.006, tin - 0.001-0.010, lead - 0.001-0.004, zinc - 0.001-0.012, iron making the rest. Total content of arsenic, tin, lead and zinc does not exceed 0.020 wt % while crack growth resistance factor at welding Ptot does not exceed 0.27%.

EFFECT: guaranteed yield point, high cold resistance.
