FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device includes four keys, a constant voltage source and an inductive load. Thyristors are used as the first and the third keys, and transistors are used as the second and the fourth keys. A cathode of each of the thyristors is connected to an anode of the corresponding diode and the anode is connected to the cathode of the corresponding diode. The second output of the first key and the first output of the second key are combined and connected to the first load output. The second output of the third key and the first output of the fourth key are combined and connected to the second load output.

EFFECT: improving reliability of the device and reducing power consumption.
