FIELD: switching devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in power circuits using a trigger mode of operation. The power RS trigger contains two turn-off thyristors. The anodes of the first and second thyristors are combined and connected to the plus of the power supply voltage. The cathode of the first thyristor is connected to the output Q. The cathode of the second thyristor is connected to the output Q. The control electrode of the first thyristor is connected to one of the inputs of the first resistor, the second input of which is connected to a common point, which is the input R, which is connected to the cathode of the first and the anode of the second diodes. The anodes of the first diode and the first photodiode are connected, the cathodes of the second diode and the second photodiode are also connected. The cathode of the first photodiode is connected to the beginning of the winding of the first coil, and the anode of the second photodiode is connected to the end of the winding of the second coil. The end of the winding of the first and the beginning of the winding of the second coils are connected to a common point, which is connected to the cathode of the first thyristor. The control electrode of the second thyristor is connected to one of the inputs of the second resistor, the second input of which is connected to a common point, which is the input S, which is connected to the cathode of the third and the anode of the fourth diodes. The anodes of the third diode and the third photodiode are connected, the cathodes of the fourth diode and the fourth photodiode are also connected. The cathode of the third photodiode is connected to the beginning of the winding of the third coil, and the anode of the fourth photodiode is connected to the end of the winding of the fourth coil. The end of the winding of the third and the beginning of the winding of the fourth coils are connected to a common point, which is connected to the cathode of the second thyristor. The first, second, third and fourth coils are connected by a transformer connection using a magnetic core with an excitation winding, which is connected to a high-frequency pulse generator.
EFFECT: increase of output power of the device and the value of switched currents through the use of turn-off thyristors, as well as elimination of uncertainties in the trigger output signals.
