SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication equipment and can be used in optic communication systems. The device includes active medium, a photoelectric converter, an AWG diffraction latitude and a mirror with partial reflection. AWG includes two common ports and multiple branching ports. One of the common ports functions as a signal sending port, and the other one as a signal receiving port; with that, width of band of the signal sending port is smaller than width of band of the signal receiving port. The active medium and the photoelectric converter are connected to one of the AWG branching ports. AWG and the mirror with partial reflection have a possibility of joint synchronisation with self-injection of wave length on the optic signal provided by the active medium. Additionally, AWG has a possibility of demultiplexing of the optic signal received by the signal receiving port for some branching port. Besides, WDM-PON system is provided.
