SUBSTANCE: repeated operation cycles of spinning and unbolting of the cone thread sections of parts with replaceable tools, on which the ultrasound oscillations act. The work surface of the replaceable tool is made as counter surface of the parts treated surface. At that the ultrasound oscillations acting on the replaceable tool are concentrated using the disk having the cone side surface, and are directed at angle to the part axis at least (90°-α°), where α° is angle of vertex of cone of thread of the part thread section.
EFFECT: cementite-ferrite structure is created on surface of the part thread.
