SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the generator of the compression wave of the medium and piston system of the generator, and can be used to initiate chemical or physical reactions in the chamber, rise of temperature, pressure, energy or density of the medium. The generator of the compression wave contains a movable piston with guide, inside it the control tire-rod of the piston and converter linked with medium will move or slide. During collision of the piston and converter, the control toe-rod slides in the guide, thus decreasing stress in the tie-rod. The generator contains a damper to brake the control tie-rod regardless on the piston. Collision of the piston and converter transfers part of the piston kinetic energy to the medium, resulting in the compression waves in the medium.

EFFECT: drive system of the piston can be used to create accurate and controllable movement of the piston.
