FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention claims a separator having a heat resistant insulating layer, which includes a polymer-based porous basic layer and the heat resistant insulating layer, formed at one or two sides of the polymer-based porous basic layer and contains non-organic particles and a binding agent. The polymer-based porous basic layer contains a polymer having the melting temperature of 120-200°C. The separator has the configuration at which the ratio of the main weight of the heat resistant insulating layer to the polymer-based porous basic layer is not less than 0.5.

EFFECT: increased resistance to heat setting and vibration is the technical effect of this invention.
