SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to application of formula
compound, or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or its N-acyl derivative, or its Mannich base for treatment of osteoporosis and/or osteopenia, as well as to pharmaceutical composition, pharmaceutical preparation, combined product and versions of set, including formula (I) compound. In addition invention relates to application of formula (I) compound or pharmaceutical composition which contains it for preparation of medication, as well as to method of treating osteoporosis and/or osteopenia. In formula (I) R1 represents alkyl group, including alkyl group with non-branched or branched chain, containing from 1 to 9 carbon atoms; R2 represents hydrogen; R3 is represented by the following formula (II):

where unconnected bond represents point of binding of structural fragment of formula (II) to residue of for formula (I) compound. Ra, Rc, Rd, Re, r, s, 
and n have values, given in invention formula.
