FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Disclosed is use of phenylacetic acid derivatives or salts thereof for producing a medicament for preventing and/or treating osteoporosis, application for production of a medicinal agent for stimulation of bone tissue formation or for stimulation of bone tissue remodeling, application for production of a drug for inhibition of bone tissue resorption.
EFFECT: technical result consists in preventing or reducing loss of bone tissue in animal models of osteoporosis and in increasing the collagen level in the metaphysis of femoral ovariectomized rats; reduction of clastogenesis is judged by reduction of level of acid phosphatase in their blood.
