FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the field of oil refining. The method includes heating of initial raw material, its mixing in an evaporator (2) with heavy gas oil as the recycle thus forming secondary raw material, heating of the secondary raw material in reaction and a heating furnace (3) with its further coking in a coking chamber (4) with production of coke and distillates. The produced distillates mixed up with light distillates from the evaporator (2) are divided in a rectification tower (5) into gas, petrol, light and heavy coker gas oils and stillage residue. The produced heavy gas oil is sent to the medium part of a stripper (7). Cooled heavy gas oil is delivered to the upper plate of the stripper (7) for spraying, while water vapour is delivered to the lower part and pressure of 1 atm is maintained. In the coking chamber (4) coke steaming and cooling is made. Products of steaming and cooling are mixed with cooling media for which purpose part of heavy gas oil is delivered. Products of steaming and cooling are delivered to an absorber (8) for absorption of oil products and division into vapour and liquid phases.

EFFECT: invention allows reducing content of fractions boiling away at temperature less than 350°C in heavy coker gas oil and increasing output of light coker gas oil.
