SUBSTANCE: functional structure of corrective reciprocating longitudinal movement of both toroidal robotic system, and surgical table top for a certain medical procedure, wherein two additional rod fixed to the two first and second gears, coplanar to the first common rod axis spaced by means of two pairs of bearings, as well as between two lower longitudinally fixed medical table parts; the rods are positioned and functionally associated with the first and second linear gears of the medical table top for reciprocating displacement, while in the middle part of two additional rods conical gears are fixed that are functionally connected to the conical gears of the first drive with a gear unit and an additional drive with a gear unit for reciprocating displacement of the medical table top.
