SUBSTANCE: additionally an indirect platform is added, stabilised in horizon, where three electric torque motors with a servodrive are installed, four accelerometers with a vertical axis of sensitivity and a mechanism of their displacement in horizon of the first pair of accelerometers towards each other along the set direction, and the second pair of accelerometers towards each other along the direction perpendicular to the set direction of displacement of the first pair of accelerometers, a meter of the linear speed of displacement of accelerometers relative to a mobile object, a recorder of moments of meeting of two accelerometers on the beam of the first and second pair, at the same time all the devices are functionally connected via the introduced control unit with an on-board computer, where they calculate sought-for values of components of vertical line deviation in a meridian and in the first vertical line.
EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities.
