FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: acceleration a"0 is measured by a gravity meter, motionless with respect to an object, the location latitude φ is determined, a path angle α, an absolute speed VH of the object are determined and the acceleration of gravity g0 is calculated according to the obtained data, the accelerations are measured respectively by the first and second accelerometers with a vertical axis of sensitivity at their movement on the object towards each other in the horizon towards the object path at the moments of their meeting on a traverse with the gravity meter sensitive system. Meanwhile the linear speed of accelerometers with reference to the moving object is measured. An absolute speed of the object movement is measured by means of the hydroacoustic speed measuring instrument, and the destabilizing factors caused by influence of angles of rolling and vertical component of speed of mobile object are compensated, the mobile object location latitude is determined by means of the satellite radio navigational system receiver the antenna of which is placed on the buoy rope of underwater mobile object.
