FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of pharmaceutics and deals with adjuvant, its application for obtaining composition, composition itself and set. Characterised adjuvant represents mixture of three active compounds, contained in amount, constituting respectively 20-50%, 20-50% and 40-60% of the entire adjuvant weight, with the following structure: compound 1: β-N-acetyl-D-glucosaminyl-(1→4)-N-acetyl_D-muramoyl-L-alanyl-D-isoglutaminyl-meso-diaminopimelic acid (GMtri); compound 2: β-N-acetyl-D-glucosaminyl-(1→4)-N-acetyl-D-muramoyl-D-isoglutaminyl-meso-diaminopimeloyl-D-alanine (GMtetra) and compound 3: dimer of GMtetra (doGMtetra) Bond between monomer residues of GMtetra is realised due to carboxyl group of terminal D-alanine of one GMtetra residue and ω-aminogroup of meso-diaminopimelic acid of other GMtetra residue.
EFFECT: claimed invention provides activation of immune system of organism in response to introduction of antigen of viral or bacterial origin, where antigen can represent weak immunogen.
