SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the turbine plant and to method of energy supply to the multi-phase fluid. The turbine plant contains a casing with inlet hole and outlet hole, axial stage section containing at least one axial stage, diagonal stage section containing at least one diagonal stage, connected as per flow with the axial stage section, and centrifugal stage section containing at least one centrifugal stage, connected as per flow with the diagonal stage section. The axial stage is characterised by the angle between the outlet flow of the axial impeller and axis parallel to the axis of rotation of the shaft equal to 0-5°, the diagonal stage is characterised by angle from 5° to 80°, and centrifugal stage is characterised by angle from 80° to 90°.
