SUBSTANCE: device has housing with inlet and outlet branch pipes for each fluid, rotor mounted for rotation inside housing about its longitudinal axis and at least one through passage running from one end of rotor to its other end in axial direction; this passage connects in turn inlet and outlet passages of one fluid with outlet and inlet passages of other fluid and vice versa during rotation of rotor. Holes in rotor passage are located at different distances from its axis of rotation in common plane passing through longitudinal axis of rotor. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 6 dwg
