FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to design versions of this device. In compliance with one of versions, this device comprises tubular reactor with inlet and outlet to allow suspension flow passing there through. Circular shield separates reactor inside into inner circular clearance and outer circular clearance communicated with separated particles discharge pipeline. Means are used for creation of travelling magnetic field acting on the reactor as well as valve to set cross-section of outer circular clearance opening. Control unit is connected with aforesaid travelling magnetic field and with valve to allow adjustment of outer circular clearance opening depending on actual position of amplitude and/or phase of travelling magnetic field. In compliance with the other version, proposed device comprises membrane pump. Suction side of said pump enters the reactor and is integrated with pipeline. Control unit is connected with aforesaid travelling magnetic field and with valve to allow adjustment of outer circular clearance opening depending on actual position of amplitude and/or phase of travelling magnetic field.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of isolation of said ferromagnetic particles from suspension.
