CATALYST REVIVIFIER WITH CENTRAL COLLECTION TANK Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC C10G11/18 B01J8/24

Abstract RU 2326930 C2

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the catalyst revivifier for regeneration of dead-catalyst of liquid phase eat cracking (LPEC)of light hydrocarbon and also for catalyst heating to ensure warm for liquid phase eat cracking (LPEC) reactor tank, which contains: the reaction vessel which contains fixed-bed catalyst; the central upright pipeline riser, to which regenerated dead-catalyst is delivered; the central collection tank, to which bottom end of pipeline riser is fixed and which incloses the annulus between part of pipeline riser and inside diameter of the central collection tank; the valve to infuse dead-catalyst through the part of pipeline riser into the annulus; the fuel distributor to infuse fuel into the central collection tank in order to blend it with catalyst in the annulus; the fluidisation distributor to infuse fluidisation gas into the central collection tank for catalyst fluidisation in the annulus; the radial slot in the central collector to infuse catalyst blend and fuel from the annulus to the fixed bed below its top surface; the air distributor installed in the fixed bed below the radial slot to deliver air infusing in oxidation zone to the fixed bed; the discharge opening for catalyst, which is connected with fixed bed by fluid; and the discharge opening for offluent gas, connected with the discharged bed under the fixed bed by fluid. The invention also relates to the modification methods of the initial mounting of liquid-phase catalyst cracking of continuous configuration into the modified plant of liquid-phase catalyst cracking for light basic material processing.

EFFECT: improvement of catalyst activity.
