FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cheese bulk forming. This process includes feed of cheese bulk (1) into blending vessel (2). Then, cheese bulk (1) escaping from blending vessel discharge slit (5) is directed to forming device intake slit (13) formed between two rolls (11, 12). Each of said rolls is coated with conveyor belt. Cheese bulk (1) is formed to band. Note here that vessel discharge slit (5) is located, at least, parallel with intake slit. Cheese bulk is settled in blending vessel (2). Opening width of discharge slit (5) and amount of cheese bulk fed into vessel for blending are adjusted. note here that cheese bulk fibres fed into intake slit are directed towards processing. Besides, blending vessel discharge slit is adjusted by latch (6). Also, this system incorporates adjust-and-control device for regulation of discharge slit opening width. Note that at least one pickup (10, 17) registers amount of cheese bulk (1) in blending vessel (2) and outputs it to said adjust-and-control device for regulation of discharge slit opening width.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of the process.
