SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for production of a liquid cheese composition containing blue cheese, young cheese and vegetable oil, wherein the liquid cheese composition does not contain a food additive, added in addition to those food additives that are present in these cheeses. Also described is the composition itself containing blue cheese, young cheese, vegetable oil and a liquid aqueous component and not containing a food additive added in addition to those food additives, which are present in blue and/or young cheese. What is described is the use of such a composition for producing a food product.

EFFECT: invention discloses a physically stable liquefied composition based on blue cheese and a method for production thereof.
