FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to combined-cycle power units (CCP) of thermal power plants. CCP provides for generation and supply of additional steam from hydrogen-oxygen steam generators to the inlet of high and intermediate pressure parts of a steam turbine. Steam temperature is equal to temperature of the main steam before their mixing point. As a result, speed of increase of power that is not lower than that for the most manoeuvrable steam power units operating on gas fuel is achieved. The proposed decision preserves its efficiency irrespective of the ratio of pressures of the main steam from the heat recovery steam generator outlet and additional steam from hydrogen-oxygen steam generators. In order to implement the proposed decision, the corresponding automatic control system is used.
EFFECT: invention allows accelerated power increase of a steam turbine of CCP in compliance with requirements of the power system.
