FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: thermal steam turbine power plant including steam-generating system providing generation and supply of steam for rotation at least of one operating turbine connected to the appropriate generator connected to common electric network of power output, differs by the fact that it includes at least one counter-pressure turbine structurally connected to counter-pressure turbine generator connected to electric auxiliary network, and to main line of auxiliary steam; at that, counter-pressure turbine is provided with possibility of operation due to steam supplied directly from intake of the main turbine and/or from steam line of working steam feeding the main turbine; besides, before counter-pressure turbine there installed is steam-generating hydrogen-oxygen plant with possibility of emergency start of steam supply to counter-pressure turbine and providing the support of pressure in the main auxiliary steam line and proceeding of rotation of counter-pressure turbine rotor for restoration of electrical and steam auxiliaries.
EFFECT: reducing the time for restoration of TPP efficiency.
