FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a sawing-processing device. Saw-processing device for processing of plastic profile comprises milling unit and saw module fixed on common frame. Milling unit is made as three-module and consists of milling inlet module, movable milling module and milling output module, wherein each said module consists of three plates, a bearing plate, a horizontal movement plate mounted on shaped linear guides fixed on the bearing plate, and vertical displacement plates installed on shaped linear guides fixed on plate of horizontal movement. Tools with replaceable drills or cutters are installed on vertical displacement plate. Saw module consists of input line installed on three-blade table for direction of plastic profile, of pendulum of three-disk head with saw disk 45°, saw disk 135° and saw disk 90° and unloading manipulator for fixation of profile at sawing and its drawing from saw-processing device.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of performing operations on minimum area within procurement blanking section of window production.
