FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to package (30) including cardboard blank (31). Note here that cardboard blank (31) is shaped to container with bottom (31a) and one or more cardboard walls (31b) extending upward from bottom (31a). Note here that package (30) comprises extra formed ferrule (32) attached to one or more cardboard walls (31b) along boundary area (I). Said boundary is composed of top section of one or more cardboard sidewalls (31b) and bottom section of said formed ferrule (32). Besides, it extends along at least a part of top edge of said one or more cardboard sidewalls (31b). Note here that said formed ferrule (32) extends, in fact, vertically upward from said one or more said cardboard sidewalls (31b) to make the top section of sidewall for package (30). This invention relates also to forming tool and process.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
