SUBSTANCE: hair treating device comprising a nozzle having a central axis, and an outlet opening which emits a columnar flow of air along the central axis, the directed LEDs located outside the columnar flow of air such that at least 25% of light emitted by each LED intersects the axis at the same distance from the outlet opening and forms a concentrated light spot on the hair, which leads to an effective permanent change of the hair shape at low temperatures.
