SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. An inhaler has a mouthpiece or a nozzle for the nose and a block, including: a capsule holder, containing a capsule chamber, with the said capsule chamber having an air-input hole and an air-output hole; a device for the capsule opening for opening the said capsule; an executive element, brought into action by the finger. The inhaler additionally contains a rigid outer case, which includes the lower part of the case, pivotally attached to the upper part of the case, in such a way that the said case has a possibility of opening and closing, with the said case serving for closing and protecting the block and the mouthpiece or the nozzle for the nose. The block and mouthpiece or the nozzle for the nose are made with a possibility of replacement without demounting of any of the units, or the case is constructed in such a way that contours of one part of the case match contours of the edge of the other part of the case along each of the case parts in a closed state of the case, or the block is fixed in the lower part of the case and does not have a possibility of displacement under normal application conditions relative to the lower part of the case.
