SUBSTANCE: in some embodiments, this chamber is a capsule with dry powder, which can rotate inside the chamber equipped with a protrusion, limiting the capsule rotation. In some embodiments, in order to dispense partial doses of the powdered drug, the capsule moves with sliding in the proximal and distal directions. In the inhaler housing there may be provided air inlets communicating with the environment and serving to provide the user with the possibility of a smooth inhalation and to facilitate functioning of the partial dose dispensing mechanisms. In other embodiments, as a mechanism for dispensing a partial dose of the powdered medicament in one inhalation process, a thrown component is used, progressive component, rotary component, spring-loaded component, pressure activated valve, dry powder chamber with small holes pattern or a combination of these components.

EFFECT: dry powder inhaler delivers, when a user inhales, only a portion of a full dose of the powder placed in the dry powder chamber.
