FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: boiler has a foundation, on it a furnace and a convection block are installed. The furnace space, correspondingly from the bottom, at the front, at sides and from the top, is limited by an inclined reciprocating grate, front, side and top furnace waterwalls made as tubular panels, hydraulically connected with appropriate two top and two bottom longitudinal boiler headers. The furnace is adjacent to the convection block, comprising gas ducts with heat exchange surfaces, having transverse streamlined in-line tube banks, hydraulically connected with the longitudinal boiler headers. The boiler additionally has a settling chamber. Cases of the furnace, convection block and settling chamber are secured to a common support foundation frame. Wherein both top and bottom longitudinal boiler headers are made as common carrying beams. The bottom headers along the furnace space length include step tubular sections, hydraulically connected with the adjacent to them vertical tubular panels supported by the carrying structure of the inclined reciprocating grate. The length of the pipes comprising one vertical panel connected with a single step tubular section is similar, but increases along the step tubular sections towards the convection block. The above located step tubular sections of the bottom header are supported by their ends by adjacent lower located sections, and are connected with them via holes made in their walls, wherein end faces of the step tubular sections are plugged. Besides, the boiler, including walls between the inclined reciprocating grate and bottom longitudinal boiler headers is equipped with a heat protecting masonry.

EFFECT: reduced weight and size of the boiler, reduced scope of installation, and expenses for construction.
