SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of transport construction and may be used for the construction and reconstruction of railway tracks, as well as for the transportation and unloading of construction materials on a railway track. Unloading and loading of goods during the emergency repair and repair-construction works of a railway track includes the delivery of goods to the place of the works performance with the help of a railroad train. The railroad train comprises a locomotive, a rail-mounted boom crane and flat wagons with container units installed on them with goods, which are fixed to the crane. The goods are unloaded with the boom crane from the nearest wagon of the railroad train, which is fixed to the crane at one side. The flat wagons are arranged at both sides of the boom crane and are equipped with live rolls and hoists. The container units for goods are made with the length multiple to the length of the flat wagon, and are installed on the wagons. Unloaded container units are moved with the boom crane to the nearest flat wagon of the railroad train, which is arranged at the other side of the crane, and are piled.
