SUBSTANCE: unit contains a vacuum chamber connected with a vacuum pump, a part clamping gear, a gas flame burner rigidly secured in the vacuum chamber at angle to the part surface, gear supplying powder material with shape memory effect to the gas flame burner, a pyrometer measuring temperature of the treated part, a process module for ion cleaning of the treated part surface, a device for surface-plastic deformation of the part to form the nanostructured layer with the shape memory effect, made in form of the press with top fixed and bottom movable cross-arm with fixed treated part, that are located in the vacuum chamber, a step-down transformer for additional heating of the part surface, part cooling assembly to produce negative range of temperatures of the martensite transformation at surface-plastic deformation, and a control unit for high-speed gas-flame spraying. The discussed unit additionally has a bath for liquid metal melt installed in the vacuum chamber under the bottom cross-arm with part. Around the bath the heating elements are installed, and between the them and the casing the heat reflecting screens are installed for overheating protection of the vacuum chamber casing. The part securing gear is located on the bottom cross-arm, the part cooling gear is secured on the top cross-arm, and gas flame burner is made multi-channel to supply the powder materials simultaneously from several powder dosing units.
EFFECT: higher strength and wear resistance of parts coating, possibility to treat parts with any shape.
