FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a vacuum unit for producing a nanostructured coating of a material with a shape memory effect on the surface of a part. Vacuum unit contains a frame with a vacuum chamber installed on it. Chamber is connected to a vacuum pump. Unit also contains a part fixing mechanism, a gas flame burner, a powder feed mechanism for a gas flame burner, a technological module for ion cleaning of the workpiece, a pyrometer, two magnetrons with a power source and a source for ion implantation of metals with a power supply. Control unit is connected to gas cylinders. Mechanism for fixing the part is made in the form of a three-jaw chuck placed on a rotary table mounted in a vacuum chamber. Table is connected to an electric motor. Gas-flame burner is fixed in a pyrometer equipped with a laser scanner and ensuring its rotation 30–150 degrees in a vertical plane relative to the axis of the screw by means of a turning mechanism. Rotary mechanism is installed in the transfer screw-nut fixed in the lower part of the vacuum chamber and connected with the electric motor.
EFFECT: technical result is to ensure uniformity and accuracy of coating on the surface of the part and increase the degree of automation of the process.
