FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an apparatus for producing nanostructured coatings from materials with a shape memory effect on a part surface. Said apparatus is made with the possibility of reaching the vacuum chamber pressure of 2÷4 bar. Said apparatus contains a gas cylinder with an inert gas to create an inert atmosphere in the vacuum chamber and an additional gas cylinder with an inert gas with a reducer, a fitting for supplying an inert gas to the chamber, a flexible hose and an adjustable vent and pressure gauge. Above-mentioned fitting for supplying inert gas is installed in the lower part of the vacuum chamber and is connected by means of a flexible hose through a reducer with the aforementioned additional gas cylinder of an inert gas. In the upper part of the vacuum chamber, the mentioned adjustable vent and pressure gauge are installed. Additional gas cylinder contains argon.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the degree of dispersion of powder material with shape memory effect.
