SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microbiology. Described is the application of ghosts of bacteria E.coli for the stimulation of innate immune response, where the innate immune response is stimulated by the induction of expression and/or release of at least one innate immunity modulator, selected from the group, consisting of molecules of antimicrobial defence, proinflammatory cytokines, reactive nitrogen species (RNS) and reactive oxygen species (ROS).
EFFECT: described is the application of bacterial ghosts of Ecoli for the stimulation of innate immune response.
