SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the use of a symbiotic consortium of strains of Lactobacillus reuteri VKM B-3144D and Lactobacillus fermentum VKM B-2793D as an agent of increasing the activity of innate immunity (TLR2/TLR6 receptors), adaptive humoral and cellular immunity to ensure the resistance of the mother-child microecological system to infectious diseases during breastfeeding of a child, for the manufacture of medicines based on it, where the strains of the symbiotic consortium L. reuteri VKM B-3144D and L. fermentum VKM B-2793D in a ratio of 1:1 provide the resistance of the mother-child microecological system to infectious diseases including maternal lactational mastitis during breastfeeding and affect 3 main biotargets: Biotarget 1: innate immunity (TLR2/TLR6 receptors). Biotarget 2: adaptive humoral and cellular immunity. Biotarget 3: pathogens that cause infectious diseases in the mother-child microecological system, including maternal lactational mastitis, during breastfeeding, prevention and treatment of mastitis in breastfeeding women.
