FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: small stomach is created from the side of a lesser curvature of stomach. A surgical removal preserves 2-4 cm of a medial surface of a gastric fundus. A suture covering the formed gastric fundus, a left crus of diaphragm and an abdominal portion of oesophagus. A posterior cruroraphia is required in the patients suffering gastroesophageal hernia, gastroesophageal reflux disease before 'APK' is formed. The suture additionally includes a right crus of diaphragm. The invention can be used when performing a laparoscopic long gastrectomy, a laparoscopic biliopancreatic bypass and a laparoscopic gastric bypass.
EFFECT: method is pathogenetically ground and provides effective prevention or treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease in bariatric laparoscopic surgeries.
