FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to bariatric surgery. The areflux valve is created by imposing the last cassette of the stapler along the greater curvature in the area of the Gis angle, 2 cm away from the gastroesophageal junction. The stomach is cut off in the area of the cardiac angle. Peritonization of the hardware suture is performed with the immersion of the formed angle into the lumen of the stomach until the areflux valve is formed.
