FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves placing continuous seromuscular suture with flexible thread of 100 mcm large thickness manufactured from titanium nickelide alloy possessing shape memory properties. The suture starts in subcardial part on lesser stomach curvature. The suture is extended to the left gastroesophageal transition wall and further to the back esophagus wall as spiral having 2-3 coils along with circular muscular fibers of the esophagus in ascendant direction and next to it in reverse descendant direction in spiral way to the right gastroesophageal transition wall and to the smaller stomach curvature to the beginning of the suture. Knot is tied in intracorporeally. Fundoplication is done without suturing to diaphragm pedicles.
EFFECT: avoided inferior esophageal sphincter function reduction.
