FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to machine building, and can be used to tie up wire around one and mode objects. The tying up method includes movement of the face end of the wire in the wire channel, directing and locating the wire section around the objects on the condition of location of two wire sections in same direction, length determination of the pushed wire, wire tying up ensuring pre-set tension. The wire tying up includes the wire tension by the wire pulling, and such determination of the tensioned wire length, loose wire tension depending in length of the tensioned wire. The design of the tying up device is described to implement the tying up method.

EFFECT: assurance of the required tension of the tied wire, and strength of the objects tying up.
