SUBSTANCE: method to manufacture a 3D structure comprises stages, when they provide for laying of the first layer of the material, being a part of the structure, and a limiting element, besides, the first layer of the material is provided on the structure surface in process of formation, one part of the limiting element is provided on the surface of the first layer of the material, being a reverse surface of the structure in process of formation, and the other part is provided above the surface of the structure in process of formation, they provide an element of a support by means of loading the material for formation of the support element into a space around the first layer of the material and between the limiting element and the surface of the structure in process of formation so that to fill this space, they remove the limiting element, provide the second layer of the material, being a part of the structure, on the surfaces of the first layer of the material and the support element opened by removal of the limiting element. Besides, the device is proposed to manufacture a 3D structure, comprising a unit for provision of the material layer, a unit of support element provision and a removal unit.
EFFECT: production of a 3D structure produced with high extent of shape accuracy.
