SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tire production. Claimed device comprises the assembling support and multiple duplicate articles. The latter are composed by semi-finished element turns combined with temporary film. At implementation of the control over the elementary semi-finished element the assembling element is made. Multiple duplicate articles are configured at the support. The latter are composed by laying the semi-finished elements into turns combined with temporary film. The articles comprise the adjacent plies. Said adjacent plies are laid in opposite helical directions at the angle other than 0. The article comprises the winding sections with winding angle equal to 0, angle at circumference smaller than 360 degrees at the transition between two opposite helical direction.
EFFECT: higher quality and efficiency.
