FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: input germanium dioxide and zirconium or hafnium dioxide are mixed in stoichiometric ratio and subjected to mechanical and chemical activation in ball orbital mill, lined with zirconium dioxide by the grinding balls out of zirconium dioxide with acceleration of the grinding balls 30g upon charge of the grinding balls at least 6 g/g of treated dioxides, for 30-60 minutes, and baking is performed at temperature 1200°C for at least 6 hours.
EFFECT: increased output of the produced oxides due to exclusion of losses of the germanium dioxide due to its high volatility at temperature over 1200 degrees, production of germinates of high-melting metals in strict compliance with stoichiometry, this facilitates keeping of luminescent properties of the produced oxides.
