FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: natural gas treatment unit contains cleaning system with mutually redundant filters, shutoff valves, that are connected to input and output of the mutually redundant filters, heating system, reduction system. The unit has natural gas valve, temperature sensor and gas/liquid separator installed upstream the cleaning system, drain system and safety valve. The shutoff valves at input and output of the system are 3-way valves. The heating system contains gas/oil heat exchanger with regulating valve to regulate natural gas temperature, and electric heater. The reduction system contains pressure regulator, safety valve is located at the pipeline section for natural gas removal from the reduction system to input of the gas turbine engine.
EFFECT: invention improves operation characteristics of the natural gas treatment unit, and increases its reliability.
