FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to fuel gas preparation means in natural gas pipelines, and can be used in gas industry, more specifically in systems that provide operation of gas pumping units (GPU) installed on compressor stations (CS) of main gas pipelines. Fuel supply system is integrated with oil supply systems of gas transfer units installed in compressor plant of compressor station and comprises supply pipelines, removal of fuel and pulse gases, interconnecting cleaning and drying unit, gas heater and reduction unit with pressure regulator. Expansion valve is connected in parallel to the pressure regulator in the reduction unit. Pipeline of natural gas withdrawn from the main gas line after the cleaning and drying unit and gas heater is divided into fuel gas pipeline and pulsed gas pipeline. Fuel gas pipeline in the reduction unit is divided into two branches: the first branch is connected to the inlet of the pressure regulator, and the second branch is connected to the input of the expander-generator connected by electric circuits with electric power consumers of the compressor station. Further, both branches of the fuel gas pipeline are combined and fuel gas is supplied for heating to the oil supply system of one, but not limited, gas pumping unit of the compressor station of the compressor station. Each oil supply system includes two, but not limited to, interconnected series-gas-oil heat exchangers, the first of which is connected to the oil cooling system of the compressor of the gas transfer unit, and second is connected to engine cooling system of gas compressor unit. Lubricating oil cooler is connected to second gas-oil heat exchanger outlet. As heating heat carrier for fuel gas heating in gas-oil heat exchangers hot oil supplied from gas pumping unit compressor and its engine is used, respectively.
EFFECT: purpose of the invention is to increase energy efficiency of gas pumping units operation at compressor stations of main gas pipelines.
