SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of hydrocarbons from boreholes, cleaning of wells, and also their isolation. The device for work with formation passing wells which have to be taken out from service by installation of a shut-off plug from cured material, such as concrete and which contain a casing string fastened with concrete to a borehole wall contains the combined assembly consisting of the following three parts: a drill cylinder containing explosive charges which by means of detonation form holes in the string and further outside in the surrounding concrete layer; devices for mechanical cleaning of internal wall of the string in the perforated interval; and the flushing device for loosening, dissolution and flushing of hardened cement material located between external wall of the string and the borehole wall.
EFFECT: minimizing of tripping operations due to perforation, cleaning and isolation of borehole by a single device is provided.
